She previously led the corporate communication department at MSL The Practice, where she developed and executed strategies for clients across various industries, including energy, retail, healthcare, utilities, and pharmaceuticals. She then led the newly established MSL Consultants, an agency focused on Corporate Reputation, Executive Positioning, Issue & Crisis Management, and Public Affairs.

With nearly 15 years of experience in communication agencies and a legal consultancy firm, Oana-Andreea has always been driven by a curiosity for the stories behind companies, how they adapt to market dynamics, and how they navigate change.
