Cătălin Pătrășescu

Catalin is co-founder and Managing Partner SmartPoint, a company started in 2005 and later became a regional player with offices in Belgrade and Zagred which covers the former Yugoslav countries, and Sofia. The company is growing in the local and regional markets. Catalin is involved in coordinating the local activities and in developing the agency abroad.

Passionate about technology, Catalin graduated computer science at “Politehnica” University of Bucharest and has consolidated a career spanning over 20 years in communication and marketing. Before starting SmartPoint, he worked in communications for companies in technology and also at senior management level in business. In time he covered industries like tech, energy, retail, finance, logistics, e-commerce, software, fast moving and real estate.  Together with his colleagues he is involved in supporting few NGO’s from education, social and sport areas.

Over the years he worked for clients like BricoDepot, Cisco, eMAG , Epson, ING, Miele, NEPI Rockcastle, nVIDIA, Playstation, Reckitt Benckiser, Sony and UPS.
