Catherine Arrow

Catherine Arrow is an international public relations consultant, educator. She is founder and executive director of PR Knowledge Hub Ltd, a centre dedicated to the development of leadership, public relations and communication capabilities. After
decades developing best practice training and education for the profession worldwide, she launched PR Knowledge Hub in 2016, delivering innovative learning experiences designed to move the profession forward.

A digital communications pioneer, Catherine is an acknowledged leader in the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) with public relations and communication. For the last decade, she has been dedicated to developing expertise and understanding of AI’s transformative impact on public relations and society, working with practitioners in Europe, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. In 2022, she launched the first global AI in PR Capability Certification and structured training programme.

Catherine is a Life Member and Fellow of the Public Relations Institute of New Zealand, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and an Accredited Fellow, Public Relations ASEAN Network. A Founding Chartered Public Relations Practitioner (CIPR)  Catherine has contributed significantly to the public relations profession at both national and global levels. This includes eight years as a board director and Secretary of the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management. She is currently a member of the International Advisory Board for FerpiLab, Italy and a standing member of the Commission on Public Relations Education’s (CPRE) research panel. Her career spans the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, and in 2012, she was honoured with the Public Relations Institute of New Zealand President’s Award for Exemplary Contribution to the Profession.
