Edyta Sander

Edyta Sander has over 16 years of experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding. She has developed and led strategies for major employers, such as Allegro, Shell, and State Street Bank. Her work has been recognized with multiple industry accolades, including the Employer Branding Excellence Awards.

Since 2017, Edyta has been part of Grupa MBE, where she serves as Head of Employer Branding Operations. In this role, she advises a wide range of clients on building authentic employer brands and implementing effective internal and external communication strategies.

She is also the co-author of Employer branding. Praktyczny podręcznik (Employer Branding. A Practical Guide), the first comprehensive handbook on employer branding published in Poland. As a lecturer at the AGH University of Krakow, she teaches postgraduate courses focused on employer branding campaign design.

Edyta is actively involved in shaping the employer branding community in Poland. She co-organizes #EBMASTERS meetups, a key platform for professionals and enthusiasts to exchange insights and best practices in the field.
