Loredana Vişa is a seasoned communication professional with over 25 years of experience spanning Europe and North America. As the Shareholder and CEO of V+O Communication Romania, she has established herself as a leading figure in strategic consultancy, corporate, commercial, and crisis communication, event management, and digital communication.
Throughout her career, Loredana has provided strategic communication consultancy to more than 150 companies, including many from Romania’s top 300 largest corporations and global brands. She is also experienced in working with both medium and large local and entrepreneurial companies, being able to address the unique communication needs of businesses across various scales. Her expertise encompasses, among others, sectors such as technology, automotive, finance, banking, industry, retail, real estate, cosmetics, and fashion.
Loredana’s professional journey offered her a balanced experience in both corporate and agency environments. She began her career with CONNEX in 1997, working there for three years from its launch, gaining invaluable corporate insights. Subsequently, she transitioned to the agency side, where she founded the PR department at Graffiti BBDO, which later evolved into a distinct PR agency.
Passionate about human potential and the continuous refinement of communication skills, Loredana has developed expertise as a trainer. She regularly conducts and participates in media training sessions, public speaking workshops, and presentation skills seminars. Her proficiency extends to coordinating and contributing to the development and implementation of numerous crisis communication drills and media interview simulations, tailored to clients’ specific industries and the expertise areas of C-level participants.
Loredana’s commitment to social causes is evident in her involvement in various fundraising and awareness campaigns. She has coordinated Avon’s breast cancer awareness campaign in Canada for several years and has been instrumental in raising awareness about major social issues such as abandonment, cyberbullying, and refugee crises.
