Rugile Trumpyte
Chief Executive at Lithuanian Diversity Charter
Rugile Trumpyte is a public policy expert with 13 years of experience in the fields of transparency, inclusion and accountability. She is the CEO of Lithuanian Diversity Charter and has additional consultancy roles, mainly with the European Commission and Open Government Partnership. For the EC, she is evaluating Lithuania’s anti-corruption efforts and providing periodical expert analysis on anti-corruption related issues.
She OGP, she is evaluating Lithuania’s commitments to an open, more inclusive public sector. In 2011 – 2020, she led multi-country projects on the rule of law, citizens engagement, media freedom, defense and security for Transparency International Lithuania.
During her career, she worked with multi-stakeholder groups, mostly with Transparency International Chapters and Diversity Charters, but also in cooperation with different partners and donors, including but not limited to European Commission, CoST – the Infrastructure Transparency Initiative, The Nordic Council of Ministers, Association Européenne pour Information sur le Développement Local asbl, among others.
