Director of Slovak Diversity Charter
Zuzana Kovacova leads the Slovak Diversity Charter at Pontis Foundation, the national platform supporting employers in advancing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace.
For more than six years, she has worked closely with employers, HR professionals, public institutions and international partners to promote inclusive workplaces through capacity building, knowledge sharing and cross-sector collaboration. Her work focuses on designing and facilitating workshops and consultations, developing practical guidance and educational resources, and supporting organisations in embedding DEI principles into their organisational culture and people practices.
She contributed to the EU-funded project Promoting Diversity and Non-Discrimination in Slovakia as a co-author of the training handbook Introduction to Diversity Management and Equal Treatment and participated in the development of the Slovak Diversity Index, a self-assessment tool for employers.
She regularly delivers workshops, speaks at professional events and contributes to publications and practical resources on diversity, equity and inclusion. She is also involved in the Inclusive Employment category of Via Bona Slovakia, the country’s leading corporate responsibility awards, where she consults with applicant organisations during the application process and facilitates the expert evaluation panel.
