Andra Iacob has over 15 years of experience in PR and communications, with a strong background in corporate and B2B communication. Throughout her career, she has advised companies across industries including IT&C, telecommunications, consumer tech, real estate, banking, capital markets, agriculture and professional services, developing communication strategies and campaigns designed to strengthen reputation and support business objectives.

As of September 2026, Andra is Communication Manager at Adrem, one of Romania’s leading privately owned energy services groups, where she oversees both external and internal communications. Her role covers corporate and reputation communication, media relations, content and executive positioning, as well as internal communication, with a focus on building a coherent narrative across the organization and supporting Adrem’s business priorities and long-term positioning.

Prior to joining Adrem, Andra spent over 10 years with Chapter 4 Communications Romania, where she progressed through several senior roles before becoming Managing Director. In this position, she led the agency’s business and communication strategy, with a particular focus on corporate and B2B communication, media relations, leadership positioning and ESG & Social Purpose.

Andra holds a postgraduate certification in strategic management from the Bucharest International School of Management, as well as a master’s degree in Public Relations Campaigns and a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences, University of Bucharest.
