Ludmila Bogheanu is a strategic communication advisor specializing in behaviour change, public engagement and social impact campaigns. For more than a decade, she has worked with governments, international organizations and civil society to transform complex social challenges into communication that shifts social norms, influences behaviour and creates measurable public impact.

 

She is the Founding Partner & CEO of Unbox Communication, an independent strategic communication agency in the Republic of Moldova. Under her leadership, Unbox has grown into one of the country’s most awarded communication agencies in just four years, earning the COMMA Strategic Excellence Award, multiple Gold, Silver and Bronze COMMA Awards, Gold and Silver Romanian PR Awards, the Silver IMPACT Award, and international recognition as a finalist at the SABRE Awards EMEA and the Shorty Impact Awards.

 

Ludmila holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and Communication and continues to contribute to the advancement of strategic communication through award-winning work focused on behaviour change and social impact.
