Gabriella Pacso is a transformational leader with over 28 years of international experience across Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. She brings deep expertise in marketing, digital sales, enterprise software, and business strategy—consistently bridging the gap between strategic vision and operational execution to deliver measurable business results.
Throughout her career, Gabriella has been recognized as a senior marketing and digital sales executive, trusted businessadvisor, and results-driven strategist. She has successfully led end-to-end programs spanning brand strategy, thought leadership, communications, digital demand generation, sales development, events, and enablement—always with a strong focus on ROI and business impact.
Currently, Gabriella leads IBM’s Digital Sales Development organization across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, overseeing a high-performing, multi-cultural team based in IBM’s Digital Sales Centers in Dublin, Bratislava, and Valencia. Her leadership style is defined by inclusivity, empowerment, and a deep commitment to developing engaged, best-in-class teams.
Gabriella holds a master’s degree in Automation and Computer Science from a Technical University, and an MBA from Henley Management College (UK), where she authored a dissertation on enhancing marketing efficiency by driving brand performance in a software company. A passionate advocate for innovation and inclusion, she serves as a Diversity & Inclusion Champion at IBM and is an Ambassador of the ‘Diversity Charter’ in Romania.
